In the event that any exclusion contained in these Terms of Use shall be held to be invalid or for any reason Bioxyne becomes liable for any loss or damage that may lawfully be limited, Bioxyne’s maximum liability to you shall be limited to RM100.

Indemnity

Termination

In addition to the foregoing, Bioxyne shall be regarded and discharged from any further obligations under these Terms of Use; and shall have the right to pursue any additional or alternative remedies provided by law.

Force Majeure
Bioxyne shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations pursuant to these Terms of Use if such delay is due to a circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Bioxyne.

Assignment
